Process•Client perspective and involvement

  This should come under the heading of Process AND Integrated production. I would love to see Stndrd have ongoing discussions with the client world as well. Many are thinking about or already sourcing direct. I represent clients who are starving for this information. I also am a member on the ANA commercial production committee ( ana.net), and know the group would appreciate the dialogue.

  I agree with this completely. I think agencies, developers, etc. need to ask the question, "How can we improve the way we work with clients?" For example, if we could figure out how to help clients work in a more flexible / agile way, then WE in-turn can work in a more flexible / agile way.
